Hydrogen enhancement or what is now known as Hydrogen on Demand has been proven to work by universities and government agencies around the world.
It seems that anytime people start experimenting with HHO gas again the price of gasoline drops so interest is lost.
Personally I think it is a big Oil Company/Government scam to play with the prices.
During the gas crunch in the 70's, NASA did a couple of studies that revealed the process of hydrogen fuel enhancement and still have not implemented
this simple technology on our vehicles.
I have had a electrolysis unit installed on my cars for years now and saved lots of fuel. We are now running our hho dry cells for our
